Brendan is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in taxation, business services, ERP implementation and commerce. Brendan has worked extensively in the United Kingdom and Australia for a number of large organisations principally within the mining, engineering and oil and gas sectors.

Brendan has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and the Governance Institute of Australia.

Brendan has held senior leadership roles across a wide range of resource companies, including Petro National Intra Energy, Xanadu Mines Ltd, International Goldfields, Shell, Lycopodium Engineering and Crosbie Warren Sinclair.
