Les has over 30 years’ experience working in industrial and retail markets. Prior to Pure Hydrogen, Les spent 20 years working at Australia’s largest liquified petroleum gas distributor, Elgas, as General Manager. During his tenure he established new depots and branches throughout the Eastern Seaboard.

Les has extensive expertise at improving customer growth, energy solutions, infrastructure transformation and productivity improvement. He developed and led high performing management teams throughout various roles.
